STEPHANIE MORGAN

Executive Director

Stephanie Morgan brings a strong background in rehabilitation studies and social work to her role as Executive Director of Mercy House Ministries. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Studies and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Tarleton State University.

With over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Stephanie transitioned in 2016 to follow her passion for social work. Since then, she has worked extensively in the mental health field, managing a group home and serving as a Behavioral Therapist for children with Autism. Her leadership experience extends to her role as a site director at the YMCA, overseeing after-school programs that provide structure and support for youth.

Stephanie has also completed internships with the Association for Persons Affected by Addiction and The Unbound Now organization, where she worked with at-risk youth at The Underground drop-in center. She brings a deep commitment to serving vulnerable populations, ensuring that women at Mercy House receive the care, guidance, and resources they need to build a stable future.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading, playing word and trivia games, and spending quality time with family and friends.
