Community Enrichment Center
The Community Enrichment Center’s (CEC) mission is to restore hope, share God’s love and change lives in our community. The CEC is a faith-based non-profit serving Tarrant County families in crisis by providing the resources, tools and encouragement these families need to improve their lives and become self-sufficient.
CrossCounsel International Ministries
Our mission is to provide a place where people can honestly engage in a transformative relationship with God. Through God’s power and your cooperation, we help identify root causes of emotional pain, negative beliefs and unhealthy behaviors. Hearts and minds are changed when we invite the Spirit of Christ to address the distorted perceptions we hold toward ourselves, others and even the Lord Himself.
Embrace Grace
A non-profit organization formed for the purpose of providing emotional, practical and spiritual support for single, young women who find themselves in an unintended pregnancy. The primary goal of Embrace Grace is to empower churches across the nation to be a safe and non-judging place for the girls to run to when they find out they are pregnant, instead of the last place they are welcomed because of shame and guilt.
Their vision is for every girl with an unplanned pregnancy to have a church to go to for spiritual, emotional and physical support. Their mission is to inspire and equip the church to love on single and pregnant young women and their families.
Gladney Center for Adoption
For more than 125 years, Gladney has been a pioneer and leading voice for improving the lives of children, adoptive families and birth parents. With unwavering commitment, through good economic times and bad, we have focused on our mission and made a difference in the lives of birth parents, families and children here and around the world.
Grace Grapevine Transitional Housing
The Transitional Housing Program allows homeless families to enjoy clean, stable housing for up to two years while they work toward independence. Housed clients participate in intensive case management, educational, career, and financial goals during their stay. All activities are aimed at self-determination and eventual self-sufficiency. TH case managers use a number of measures to track progress towards financial, educational and behavior modification goals. Case management appointments are scheduled on a weekly basis and case managers assist with day-to-day functioning. Families live in 1 or 2-bedroom efficiency apartments that are completely furnished with donated furniture and housewares. The homes are made ready for move-in by GRACE volunteers.
Families receive vouchers for provisions at the GRACE Food Pantry, Clothing Room and/or the GRACE resale stores. Medical needs are cared for at the GRACE Community Clinic and additional needs such as transportation costs, tuition aid and school supplies, daycare and other expenses are funded through GRACE Client Services program or through referrals/collaborations with other service agencies or churches.
Legacy Adoption Services
Legacy Adoptions Services commits to create loving, traditional families, treating each person with compassion, professionalism and respect. They are a faith-based agency that believes each family is designed by God. They build a bridge between a birth family with an unintended pregnancy and an adoring adoptive family.
Lifetime Family Wellness Center
Drs. Jim Bob and Cindy Haggerton are a husband and wife chiropractic team who have dedicated their lives to educating the public about health and wellness.
They strive to improve the health of everyone they meet with Chiropractic, nutrition, and education on transitioning to a healthy, wellness lifestyle. Their passion is in wellness, especially family wellness (in particular pregnant moms and kids) because Drs. Jim Bob and Cindy believe that it is at this level that we can begin to change our Country’s continuing downward spiral as the sickest country in the world. Medical studies show that over 220,000 people die every year due to properly prescribed medication in the U.S.; the medical profession obviously is not bringing us any closer to health and wellness.
